Scalable
We look for teams that can code quickly and manage the scale necessary to succeed. We help founders position their product to achieve success within their target markets in a scalable manner.
Defensible
Ideal investment candidates must have proprietary features within their technology, business model, team, and/or implementation strategy that distinguish them from competitors or provide barriers to entry that result in a significant competitive advantage.
The Right Fit
Our investor network is comprised of individuals with significant connections, experience and knowledge across a variety of industries and verticals. One of the benefits of working with angel groups like us is the active coaching and contact network that we can provide. With that in mind, it is essential that there is a “fit” between members of our group and the leadership of companies we invest in.
Exit Strategy
Yushan’s network of investors anticipate returns of at 10X their initial investment within two to seven years. This level of return on investment is essential due to the high risk of seed stage ventures. Thus, a clearly articulated exit strategy is essential.
